Hi, I’m T, the writer and recipe developer behind contentbyt.com. As of now, I’m less writer, more recipe developer—though writing was how it all started. Honestly, I grew bored writing about what others wanted me to (one of my last projects was writing articles about kitchen cabinets, and it was so dull I was like, “I can’t anymore”)—but that’s what you get when you do mostly freelance work. Fortunately, five years or so in, I fell into food, and work got much more interesting. After many hours in the kitchen, I learned that I’m a good cook and baker, I built a clientele, and that’s been my job since.
Creating recipes for clients is cool—which is why I still do it. If you’d like custom recipes, you can request them here. I also offer nutrition analysis and can create FDA- and CFIA-compliant labels for food products. If you need that service, you’ll find more info here. I’ll be happy to provide more information and send you an invoice if you decide to proceed.
However, I wanted to carve out a space for my own projects. That currently includes experimenting with food content creation (i.e. testing out social media videos and exploring the idea of starting a YouTube channel where I can share recipes and other ideas in a more visual and engaging way.
Here, I’ll be welcoming new clients and sharing what I’m cooking, a bit of what I’m working on, and whatever else comes to mind. Enjoy.
